Event Design & Production is where the “heart” of an event lives.

It’s where we’re able to determine what emotions we want to elicit from the audience. As we go through the production development, we’ll find those places in the timeline where we can best use lighting and music to enhance the emotional and visual experience for your audience.

 

I work collaboratively with your team to develop a fluid program that is scripted from start to finish.

Once we identify who is presenting, where they fit into the event flow, and the overriding purpose for each presenter to connect with the audience, we’ll begin the production process with a high-level event flow timeline. From there, our next step is to design a branded main program power point in tandem with writing a professional script and a secondary production script that’s utilized by the A/V crew to make sure everything is timed down to the second.

Branded Slide Decks, Sponsor Recognition Loops and Video

Slide Deck: From the moment guests enter the event space, you want to visually immerse them into the experience. Carry the branding and aesthetics to the big screens to pull them in and engage the senses. And remember that "less is more" when it comes to utilizing Power Point. Having a trained professional designing customized slides will pay off in spades during the live presentation as every person in the audience pays rapt attention to what's being said on stage.

Sponsor Loop: Depending on how many sponsors are involved in the event, we also will design a “sponsor loop” deck that contains all the sponsor logos and is branded to complement the event theme. This loop is played when the doors open and until the main program begins. It’s a wonderful way to embrace the sponsors and deepens the visual experience when guests walk into the ballroom.
